In order to accomplish our goal, we offer many services that aid in the day to day living experiences. We offer private studio apartments and each apartment features a wheelchair accessible bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and custom AC/heat controls.
Services at Orchard Hills Assisted Living Include:
• Trained Resident Assistants (RA) available on-site
24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant available to RA's
by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The
RN Consultant also makes periodic visits to the
facility as the needs of the resident dictate
• Licensed Practical Nurse provides on-site visits at
least five days a week and up to seven days a week
as the needs of the resident dictate
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy services
available on-site by Dove Healthcare's in-house
Transitions Rehabilitation team
• Resident outings and social activities, including
weekly church services in Dove Healthcare's chapel
• Assistance with activities of daily living including
dressing, bathing and grooming
• Resident Choice Meal Plan provides five
opportunities a day to enjoy meals and snacks
• Individualized comprehensive plan of care
– Medication administration and management
– Diabetes services (blood sugar checks, insulin
injections, and diet modifications)
– Monitoring of vital signs
– Nutritional services: weight management,
modified diets, and therapeutic diets
– Pharmacy services
• State-of-the-art call system for easy access to staff
• Medical appointment and transportation
coordination
• Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services
