In order to accomplish our goal, we offer many services that aid in the day to day living experiences. We offer private studio apartments and each apartment features a wheelchair accessible bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and custom AC/heat controls.

Services at Orchard Hills Assisted Living Include:

• Trained Resident Assistants (RA) available on-site
  24 hours a day, seven days a week

• Registered Nurse Consultant provides on-site
   visits weekly and available to RA’s by phone 24
   hours a day, seven days a week

• Full-time Director of Orchard Hills Assisted Living
   is also a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Physical, occupational and speech therapy services
  available on-site by Dove Healthcare - West's
  in-house Transitions Rehabilitation team

• Outings and social activities, including weekly
  church services in Dove Healthcare - West's chapel

• Assistance with activities of daily living including
  dressing, bathing and grooming

• Understanding the changes in your life and how

• Resident Choice Meal Plan provides five
  opportunities a day to enjoy meals and snacks

• Individualized comprehensive plan of care
    – Medication administration and management
    – Diabetes services (blood sugar checks, insulin
       injections, and diet modifications)
    – Monitoring of vital signs
    – Nutritional services: weight management,
       modified diets, and therapeutic diets
    – Pharmacy services

• State-of-the-art call system for easy access to staff
